Cordyceps Flower Agaricus Blazei

Prepare the ingredients mentioned above.

Fresh Cordyceps flowers and carrots and candied dates.

Soak the Agaricus (dry) in water for about 15-20 minutes.

Peel the fresh chicken and cut into large pieces, blanch it in cold water.

Remove the scum from the blanched chicken nuggets.

Carrots are cut with a hob.

Add appropriate amount of water to the soup pot, put all the ingredients in the pot and boil on high heat for 10 minutes, then turn to low heat and slow cook for 40 minutes.

The soup becomes thicker, add a little salt and season it out.
Tips:
1. It is recommended to remove the chicken skin as much as possible when boiling the chicken soup, so that the chicken soup will not be too oily.
2. Cordyceps flowers can be replaced with dry ones if you can't buy them fresh.
