Cordyceps Flower Coconut Chicken Soup

1. Boil the chicken nuggets with cold water in the pot.

2. Clean the cordyceps flower.

3. Put chicken nuggets in the casserole.

4. Add cordyceps flower.

5. Pour in coconut water, add appropriate amount of water to boil, turn to low heat and cook for 2 hours.

6. Turn off the heat and add salt to taste.

Tips:

Frozen chicken can be blanched by adding ginger slices and cooking wine to remove fishy.
