Cordyceps Flower Corn Dragon Stew Soup

Prepare fresh pork spine.

Prepare sweet corn, cordyceps flowers and ginger.

After washing the pork spine, do not soak it in cooking wine for 30 minutes.

Add ginger slices to a pot under cold water and blanch water.

Relax the water a little bit, and salvage the blood foam.

Add hot water to the casserole for boiling the soup, remove the ribs from the boiling point of the pot, and add them to the casserole.

In this way, pick up all the pork spine. (In this step, there is no need to rinse the pork spine with cold water, so as to prevent the taste from becoming bad and the soup will not taste good)

Add ginger slices and cooking wine.

Put it into the electric cooker, select the soup program, 2.5 hours.

Add the cordyceps flower to cold water, stir in a circular motion for 3 minutes, and just pick it up. (The Cordyceps flower does not need to be soaked to avoid more nutrient loss)

Chopped small pieces of sweet corn.

Open the lid after 1 hour and add sweet corn and cordyceps flowers.

After 2.5 hours, the soup is finished, open the lid and add salt to taste.

Stir well and put it in a bowl, and you can enjoy it beautifully.
Tips:
1: Blanch the pork spine, relax the water as much as possible, pick up the meat from the boiling point, and the froth will not be brought out. The soup that many people boil does not taste good, because one extra step is added, that is, blanching and then rinsing with cold water.
2: If you have a heavy taste, you can accompany a sauce dish to dip the pork ribs.
