Cordyceps Flower Pork Ribs and Yam Soup

Ingredients: 1 yam, 450 grams, 100 grams of fresh Cordyceps flowers, 600 grams of spare ribs, 1 small piece of ginger Seasoning: 1 tablespoon of cooking wine, appropriate amount of salt

Wash the ingredients, cut the ribs, ginger, and yam medicine separately.

Pour warm water into the electric pot and put in the ribs

Add ginger and press for 10 minutes

After the electric pot has cooled down, pour in yam and cordyceps flowers

Pour the cooking wine and press for another 8 minutes

Pour in the right amount of salt

Taste it and you can serve it
Tips:
1. The yam yam is cut into large pieces, which is not easy to be crushed;
2. Don't put too much fresh Cordyceps flowers, it will smell of Chinese medicine.
