Cordyceps Flower Soup

1. Defrost the duck rack first.

2. Remove the roots of shiitake mushrooms and cordyceps flowers and wash the medlar.

3. Too anxious, the duck rack has just thawed a little, and it is dismantled into small pieces, and the skin and oily parts are removed.

4. Put the washed shiitake mushrooms, cordyceps flower and wolfberry in the pot, especially some ginger slices.

Tips:
Be sure to put some ginger slices to get rid of the cold.
