Cordyceps Flower Tea Duck Soup

Materials are ready.

Wash the cordyceps flower and soak it for later use (reserve the water in the cordyceps flower), wash the red dates, and peel and slice the ginger for later use.

Bring the water to a boil, put the teal into the blanching water, and let it pass in a cold river for later use.

Put the teal, cordyceps flower, red dates, and ginger slices in a saucepan, pour the water that soaks the cordyceps flower, and then add an appropriate amount of water.

Cover the pot and bring it to a boil over medium heat, reduce the heat and simmer for 1 hour, and then add an appropriate amount of salt.
Tips:
1. Teal must be blanched in advance to remove fishy.
2. Do not pour the water of Cordyceps flower.
