Cordyceps Mushroom Mixed Jellyfish Shreds

Ingredients: Cordyceps mushroom (cleaned), jellyfish shreds.

Lower the cordyceps mushroom into a pot of clean water, blanch and remove.

Let cool.

Then, combine the jellyfish shreds and add an appropriate amount of salt.

Add the right amount of balsamic vinegar.

Add appropriate amount of sesame oil.

Season to mix well and serve.
