Nest Egg Tofu

Cut the lactone tofu into pieces and put in the cordyceps mushroom.

Beat an egg.

Pour water into the pot, let the water open into the ingredients, cover and steam for 15 minutes.

Put an appropriate amount of Tangchi Lao Sauce, minced meat, cooking wine, and light soy sauce in the pot.

Stir-fry the water vapor.

Pour on lactone tofu and sprinkle with chopped green onion.
