Cordyceps Pollen Kudzu Corn Soup

Bring the water to a boil, add the pork spine to blanch water, wash off the surface scum

Wash and peel the kudzu root, then cut into cubes, peel the carrots and cut into sections, cut the corn into sections, soak the cordyceps flower in water for 30 minutes, rinse and set aside

Then add Pueraria lobata, Cordyceps flower, and ginger, pour 5 bowls of cold water and water for soaking Cordyceps flower (If it is Cordyceps flower produced by an irregular manufacturer, it is recommended not to put soaked water)
