Stir-fried Pork with Celery

Prepare the materials.

Shred ginger, green pepper and celery, mince dried chili and garlic.

Wash the leg meat, shred it, add a small amount of salt, ginger, cornstarch, light soy sauce, peanut oil (not sticky when frying), mix well and marinate for a taste.

Heat oil in a pan and sauté the garlic chilies.

Stir-fry the meat and change its color.
