Stir-fried Pork with Celery

1. Prepare the materials.

2. Shred ginger, green pepper and celery, mince dried chili and garlic.

3. Wash the leg meat, shred it, add a small amount of salt, ginger, cornstarch, light soy sauce, peanut oil (not sticky when frying), mix well and marinate for a taste.

4. Heat oil in a pan and sauté the garlic chilies.

5. Stir-fry the meat and change its color.

6. Add green pepper and celery and stir fry.

7. Add the right amount of salt and light soy sauce.
