Corn and Green Bean Salad

1. Fry the bacon in a frying pan first;

2. Fry until it becomes hard and dark, as shown in the picture, then fry a few pieces into small grains, save the others for other use;

3. Boil corn, green beans and carrots (carrots are not blanched and can be eaten raw) in water. After blanching, use cold boiled water and a few pieces of ice to submerge the onions. Cut the onions into small pieces;
