Corn and Pea Soup
1.
The corn kernels are raw, and the boiled soup tastes fragrant and sticky. Don't use cooked ones. Use cooked peas, put the corn kernels into the food processor, add water and stir to make a paste
2.
Pour into the pot, including the water for stirring the corn kernels, add about 2000 ml of water in total. After the high heat is boiled, simmer for 3 minutes on low heat to thicken the soup.
3.
Then add the cooked peas and continue to cook for 1-2 minutes,
4.
Beat the eggs, slowly pour them into the pot, and stir while pouring, so that the eggs become thin spikes
5.
Finally, add some dried fruits that you like.
6.
Serve and enjoy. Because the dried fruit is sweet, I didn’t put any sugar in it. If you like sweetness, you can add some honey.
