Corn and Red Bean Hair Cake
1.
Put the flour and cornmeal in a basin, add yeast and soft sugar and mix well
2.
Add water, mix well until there is no dry powder and no lumps, then add honey red beans (set aside a little for garnish) and stir into a thick, muddy batter that is almost non-flowing
3.
Put a layer of vegetable oil in the container, pour the batter, cover with plastic wrap, and put it in a warm place to ferment to about 2 times
4.
Sprinkle red beans on the surface of the batter and put it in a steamer. After boiling on high heat, steam on medium heat for 30 minutes and turn off the heat. After simmering for 5 minutes, open the lid
5.
Take out the inverted buckle to the panel, and cut it into small pieces when it is not too hot.
