Corn and Sydney Porridge
1.
Soak the snow pears in salt water for a while, add some salt when washing them, and rub them vigorously. Wash the pear skin.
2.
Take half a pear, peel and cut into small cubes
3.
Add appropriate amount of water to the pot, bring to a boil on high heat, add pears and pear skins after the water is boiled, turn to a low heat and boil for 20 minutes after boiling again. Do not open the lid of the pot.
4.
Wash corn residue and set aside
5.
After 20 minutes, take out the pear skins, pour in corn dregs and stir. Turn on high heat again, boil until boiling, turn to low heat again, and boil for about 20 minutes, stirring several times in between to prevent it from sticking to the pot.
6.
Let's eat
Tips:
I haven't removed the lid of the pot. After putting the corn dregs in it, I conceal it. If you don’t want to eat pear flesh, you can also take out the pear flesh when taking the pear skin. Don't chop the pear skin, it's easy to take out.
