Corn and Winter Melon Soup

Scrape off the thin skin of winter melon, cut into pieces with a hob, and cut corn into small sections.

Rinse the sea rice and chop.

Heat oil in a wok, add chopped sea rice and stir fry until it tastes good.

Add the winter melon and stir fry together.

Boil water in a casserole, heat the corn cubes in the water, and boil for 5 minutes.

Put the fried winter melon and sea rice into a boiled casserole.

Simmer for 15 minutes. After serving, you can add a small amount of salt to taste.
Tips:
1. Corn I bought fruit corn, which can be cooked for 15 to 20 minutes, but winter melon should not be cooked for too long, so I cooked the corn first.
2. Fried sea rice will make it more fragrant.
3. Winter melon I use small winter melon, cut in half, I drink without salt, the taste is relatively light.
