Corn and Winter Melon Soup

1. Scrape off the thin skin of winter melon, cut into pieces with a hob, and cut corn into small sections.

2. Rinse the sea rice and chop.

3. Heat oil in a wok, add chopped sea rice and stir fry until it tastes good.

4. Add the winter melon and stir fry together.

5. Boil water in a casserole, heat the corn cubes in the water, and boil for 5 minutes.

Tips:

1. Corn I bought fruit corn, which can be cooked for 15 to 20 minutes, but winter melon should not be cooked for too long, so I cooked the corn first.
