Corn and Yam Spine Soup

Prepare the ingredients.

Chop the spine into small pieces.
3.
Pour the spine into the pot and add water.
4.
Bring to a boil and remove the washed foam.

Put the spine into a casserole, pour water and bring to a boil.

Wash and slice ginger into the pot.

Turn to low heat and simmer for 90 minutes.

The yam corn is cleaned separately and cut into small pieces for later use.

Pour the yam into the casserole.

Add corn and cook for 15 minutes.

Season with salt.

Add pepper, sprinkle in chopped green onion and remove from heat.
