Corn contains protein, fat, starch, vitamin B1, vitamin B2, vitamin A, carotene, cellulose, calcium, phosphorus, iron and other minerals. It has high nutritional value and is a good health product in coarse grains.

Corn Bisque

1. Prepare relevant ingredients

2. Put the butter in a pan in advance, slowly heat it over a low heat until it melts; add corn, potatoes, and onions

3. Add 1 cup of water and cook until the ingredients are soft

4. Put all the cooked ingredients into the food processor, pour milk; select the fruit and vegetable juice button to run to the end

5. Pour into a small bowl
