Corn Buns

Mix the two flours

Add white sugar and mix well

Yeast melted with warm water

Add the flour and stir and knead for 10 minutes

Knead it into a smooth dough and leave it for an hour and a half

Poke your finger without retracting

The inside is honeycomb, indicating that it has been sent in place

Take out and gently exhaust

Knead into a smooth dough

Administer

Knead smoothly into a round shape for a second proofing for 20 minutes

Steamed in a pot on cold water for 20 minutes, simmered for 5 minutes
Tips:
Mine is kneading with a dough mixer. It will take longer to knead by hand. After steaming, it must be simmered for a few minutes before being out of the pot, otherwise it will collapse!
