Eating more whole grains is good for your health, let's make whole grain buns together!

Corn Buns

1. Mix the two flours

2. Add white sugar and mix well

3. Yeast melted with warm water

4. Add the flour and stir and knead for 10 minutes

5. Knead it into a smooth dough and leave it for an hour and a half

6. Poke your finger without retracting

7. The inside is honeycomb, indicating that it has been sent in place

8. Take out and gently exhaust

9. Knead into a smooth dough

10. Administer

11. Knead smoothly into a round shape for a second proofing for 20 minutes

12. Steamed in a pot on cold water for 20 minutes, simmered for 5 minutes

Tips:

Mine is kneading with a dough mixer. It will take longer to knead by hand. After steaming, it must be simmered for a few minutes before being out of the pot, otherwise it will collapse!
