Corn Buns

Pour 2 grams of yeast into warm water, stir to melt, mix cornmeal, white flour, and sugar. Pour the yeast water into the mixed flour

Knead it with your hands, and light the basin with your hands.

Cover and ferment for 2 hours

Sprinkle some flour on the cutting board, knead it, knead into long strips, and cut into equal parts

Tips:
The cornmeal dough is sticky when kneading, so it won’t stick if you rub some flour on your hands.
