Corn Cake
1.
Put the corn flour and white flour in a basin, then add yeast, sugar, and milk powder and mix them together.
2.
Beat the eggs into egg liquid and put them into the mixed noodles, then gradually add water (the temperature should not be too high, the yeast will not be able to ferment) and stir until it becomes a batter. Use a spoon to scoop up and then down. Don't be too thin. The batter can flow gradually. After the noodles are reconciled, the fermentation begins.
3.
The noodles start to swell and the holes appear. If you like to make the noodles, you can ferment for a while.
4.
Use a spoon to scoop the batter in, and pour it into the batter according to the height of the electric baking pan, the batter will be very round:)
After the batter is all placed, cover the pot, select heating on both sides, and open the pot when it starts to gas.
5.
It is enough if the pie is yellow on both sides.
Tips:
1. For the taste, we must choose the finest cornmeal. The ratio of corn flour to white flour can also be adjusted.
2. Don't put oil in the pan if you want soft tortillas. If you like to eat crispy, you can put a small amount of oil, but remember to turn it over.
3. If the noodles are overspread, just stir them with a spoon.
4. If the batter is too dry, the tortillas cannot be made round, but the taste is still quite good.
5. The amount of white sugar and milk powder is appropriate. White sugar is the medium for yeast fermentation. Don't put too much. Soy milk powder can be put here, but white sugar must be put.
