Whole grains contain a lot of dietary fiber,
So eating whole grains is good for health

Cornmeal is rich in nutrients,
According to the color, there are yellow corn flour and white corn flour.

I chose yellow cornmeal today

Due to the simple processing of coarse grains, the taste is rougher

So in order to make the tortillas more delicate, I added glutinous rice flour in a ratio of 1:1

Healthy Whole Grain Tortillas

1. Add appropriate amount of water to the corn and put it in the juicer.

2. Squeeze it into juice and set aside.

3. Mix flour and sugar in a bowl

4. Add the squeezed corn juice and stir into a batter

5. Prepare a pan, add an appropriate amount of oil to heat.

6. Pour the batter into a pan and fry until golden on both sides.
