Corn Chicken with Oyster Sauce

The main material is prepared.

Pipa legs, use kitchen scissors to remove the bones.

Wash and dice, put in a plate, add cooking wine, cornstarch, oyster sauce 20ML.

Grab it with your hands and marinate for 30 minutes.

Time to marinate the meat to process the corn. Wash and drain the corn kernels from the corn on the cob.

Chop garlic, ginger, and dried chili.

Pour cooking oil into the pot, and stir-fry the marinated chicken cubes at 50% heat.

Tips:
1: Chicken thighs can also be replaced with chicken breasts.
2: The oyster sauce is used in two steps, one part is used to marinate the meat, and the other part is added before the pan, the taste is better.
3: If the taste is light, the salt can be cancelled.
