Corn Fried Rice with Pine Nuts

Wash the garlic sprouts and cut into small pieces for later use; (home-grown, fresh.)

Remove the corn kernels from the corn cob for use;
3.
Heat the frying pan and fry the corn first;
4.
Pour in rice and stir-fry together; add appropriate amount of salt to taste;
5.
Finally, add the garlic sprouts and stir-fry together!
6.
Serve the fried rice and sprinkle pine nuts on top of the rice!
