Corn Keel Soup

Boil water in a pot, put the cleaned keel into a boil

Rinse the scum with clean water and remove it for later use
3.
Peel carrots, cut into hob pieces, and cut corn into small pieces
4.
Put the keel, corn, and ginger into the casserole, add appropriate amount of water, boil for 30 minutes on high heat, then add carrots, switch to low heat and low heat for about 2 hours to taste better
