Corn Omelette

First break a seam in the middle of the corn, and then break it along the inside to break all the corn kernels off!

Wash the corn kernels and steam them!

Add flour, eggs, sugar!

Add cold water and make a paste!

Put a little oil in the pot, put it into the mold, and then slowly pour the corn paste into the mold!

Basically formed, just pull out the mold and fry until golden on both sides!
Tips:
The tortilla must be turned on a low fire,
The corn must be tender,
The corn paste must be thinner.
