Stir-fried Minced Pork with Corn Kernels

Wash the corn, break it into grains, and then rinse with water, chop the pork into minced meat, add an appropriate amount of cooking wine, starch, and salt to marinate for 10 minutes, wash the peppers, and cut into small pieces

Appropriate amount of cooking oil in a cold pan, add the minced meat and stir-fry after the oil is hot, the minced meat will change color and the moisture will be dried before serving

Then put a proper amount of cooking oil into the pot, add the green pepper section and stir fry when the oil is hot

Stir fry the green peppers until fragrant, add corn kernels and stir fry

After the corn kernels change color, put in the minced meat that was previously fried, and continue to stir-fry

Stir-fry until the corn is fully cooked, add salt and dark soy sauce and continue to fry for a while.
Tips:
1. It should be noted that the corn used in this dish is waxy corn (white), not sweet corn (yellow);
2. When breaking the corn kernels, the corn can be broken into two sections first, which is easier to break from the middle;
3. The old soy sauce can be put or left, mainly to enhance the color, because I am not very used to putting too much seasoning in the cooking, if you want to put MSG and chicken essence, it is also possible;
4. You can put more or less peppers according to your taste. Because I like spicy food, I choose very spicy small hot peppers. If you can't eat spicy food, you can also choose non-spicy vegetable peppers.
