Health Spare Ribs Soup

Spare ribs must be blanched to remove floating powder and cleaned.

Peel the yam, cut into sections, and put in clean water to avoid blackening.

If you like green onions, you can add some green onions when they are out of the pot.
Tips:
The ingredients are best prepared in advance; the ribs are more tender; the red dates and wolfberries are best to be added before they are out of the pot.
