Corn Pie

The corn is cooked.

Peel off the corn kernels.

Add corn starch to the corn kernels.

Mix well.

Heat the pan with cool oil, pour in the corn kernels, and flatten them with a spatula.

Fry until the bottom is solidified and won't fall apart when shaken gently.

Continue to pour the oil over the corn.
8.
Fry until the corn kernels are crispy, then turn off the heat.
9.
Serve into the plate.
10.
Sprinkle with granulated sugar and cut into pieces.
Tips:
If there is no fresh corn, the same can be done with canned corn kernels.
