Corn Pie
1.
Prepare starch and cooked corn, preferably sweet corn

The corn is evenly coated with starch
3.
Burn the oil in a pan and fry the corn on a low fire. If the shape is not fixed, add some water starch
4.
After setting the shape, add more oil and deep-fry
5.
Cut into pieces
6.
If you like sweet ones, sprinkle some sugar
7.
The sweet corn I use doesn’t like sugar too much, it tastes very suitable for me
