Corn Pork Ribs Soup

Spare ribs

Corn chopped into small pieces
3.
Boil the ribs in boiling water to remove blood foam
4.
Sliced ginger, cut off shallots
5.
Pour water into the casserole, add sliced ginger, spring onion and spare ribs
6.
Put the ribs and corn in a pot with water and boil for one and a half hours.

After cooking, add salt to taste
