Corn Salad

Wash corn, cucumbers and carrots, peel the corn into grains, and cut the cucumbers and carrots into cubes;

Bring water to a boil in a pot, add corn, cucumber and carrots, add a small amount of salt, and cook for 2 minutes until the corn is cooked through;

Put a layer of lettuce on the bottom of the salad bowl, then put corn kernels, diced carrots and diced cucumbers into the bowl;
4.
After cooling down, squeeze in mayonnaise and you can start eating!
Tips:
Mayonnaise can be replaced with other sauces.
