Corn Sesame Cake

First, pour a small bowl of cornmeal and a small bowl of plain flour into a container, as shown in the picture below.

Then add 1 gram of yeast powder and mix the noodles with warm water, as shown in the picture below.

Then knead it into a smooth dough and proof it for half an hour, as shown in the picture below.

Then cut into small doses, as shown in the picture below.

Then wrap a bit of shortbread and close it, as shown in the picture below.

After everything is done, sprinkle some black sesame seeds on top, brush oil on the pan, fry slowly on low heat, turn over several times, and fry until golden on both sides.
