Cornmeal Pudding

100g flour + 100g cornmeal.

Add 3g yeast, an egg, some warm milk or water.

Stir until a thick paste.

Pour into a cake mold (or into a bowl with oil), and it is about six or seven minutes full. Fufa for an hour.
