Cornmeal Walnut Cake

Main and auxiliary materials: corn flour, flour, walnut kernels.

Combine the cornmeal and flour and sift.
3.
Put the sugar in the basin, add baking powder and corn oil and mix well.

Put in the mixed powder.

Add purified water and make a soft dough

Roll out the dough into a 1cm thick dough cake and press it into a green body with a circular mold

Load the green body into the baking tray.
8.
Put a walnut kernel on top of each green body.

In the oven at 180 degrees, bake the middle and lower layer for 10 minutes, then move to the middle layer and bake for 5 minutes.

Take out and let cool.

Serve ready to serve.
Tips:
1. The ratio of cornmeal to flour is 1:1
2. White sugar can be added according to your own taste.
