Prepare the ingredients.

Sift the corn flour, flour, and baking powder together and add warm water.

Knead into a smooth dough and let it stand for 30 minutes.

The proofed dough is divided into 8 equal parts and kneaded into a round shape.

Slowly roll the round dough into the shape of a wowotou.

Put it in the steamer of the grilling machine, and put a piece of oil paper on the bottom.

Add appropriate amount of water to the frying and roasting machine. After the high heat is boiled, turn to medium and low heat and steam for 20 minutes.
Tips:
Corn dough is easy to dry, so cover it with plastic wrap when proofing and kneading.
The water absorption of flour is different, and the amount of water can be increased or decreased according to the dough wet and dry procedure.
