Cow Cake Roll

Put 3 egg yolks in a large bowl. Place the remaining 1 egg yolk in a smaller bowl.

Add 10ml corn oil, 1g vanilla extract and 10ml water to a large bowl. Add 5ml water, 1g vanilla extract and 5ml corn oil to a small bowl.

Stir both well.

Sift 40g of low-gluten flour into a large bowl. Sift the remaining 10g of low-gluten flour and cocoa powder in a small bowl.
