Cowpeas Mixed with Sesame Sauce

Add water to the wok and bring to a boil. Wash the cowpea and cut into two pieces.

After the water in the pot boils, add the washed cowpea. Cooked.

After it's cooked, remove it out of cold water.

Cut into small pieces about two centimeters. Plate.

After serving, add two spoons of tahini, pour a little vinegar, add salt and sesame oil. Press garlic into minced garlic. Just mix well. Simple and delicious.
Tips:
The cowpea must be cooked. Sesame sauce can be added or not added according to your preferences.
