Cowpea and Potato Braised Rice

After the rice is cleaned, put it in a rice cooker and add the diced potatoes and diced cowpeas. The water should be one knuckle under the potato.

Add a spoonful of light soy sauce, a moderate amount of oil, two spoons of salt, a spoonful of bean paste, and a half spoonful of thirteen spices. Stir well. Then press the rice to simmer.
