Cowpeas in Miso Soup

Prepare the cowpea, wash and cut into sections

Prepare miso soup
3.
Stir fry the cowpeas in a hot pan with cold oil
4.
Add green onion and ginger
5.
Put in the miso soup and add a little water.
6.
Bring to a high heat and simmer until cooked.
7.
Serve good dishes on the plate
