Cowpeas with Minced Meat

Wash the cowpea, cut into small cubes, add an appropriate amount of salt and marinate for 20 minutes. At the same time, add an appropriate amount of cooking wine and salt to marinate the minced meat for 20 minutes. Mince the ginger and garlic pickled peppers and set aside.

Put oil in a wok, add pepper, ginger, minced garlic and sauté.

Add minced meat and fry until white.

Add the pickled peppers and stir fry, then add the diced cowpea and stir-fry evenly. In the meantime, add a small amount of water until the cowpea is cooked through. Add salt according to personal taste before cooking.
