Crab Boiled Puqua

1. Ingredients: Pugua (peeled, washed and cut), crab (washed)

2. Remove the cleaned crabs to remove the shells and cut the gills with scissors and set aside.

3. Pour the oil in the pan to heat up, add the cut pomelo and stir fry.

4. Then, add an appropriate amount of water to a boil.

5. Then, combine the packed crabs and add the right amount of cooking wine.

6. Flip and boil until cooked.
