Crab Congee

Put the hairy crabs in clean water, add appropriate amount of salt, raise them for one or two hours, and drain the sewage. Brush clean.
Then, I decomposed the hairy crabs. As I personally didn't dare to split the hairy crabs, I first scalded them with boiling water and then started to decompose them.

Wash the rice, wash the shallots and coriander, chop them for later use.

Put the miscellaneous grains in a casserole, add water and cook.

The porridge is boiled and matured, and the hairy crabs are put in.

Continue to cook until the crab porridge is thick.

Boil it, put it in a bowl, sprinkle with chives, coriander, and a cup of ginger tea. It will be excellent.
Tips:
Crab meat is cold in nature and has the effects of nourishing yin and nourishing marrow, clearing heat and removing blood stasis. It can be used for diet therapy such as blood stasis, swelling and pain, and osteoporosis.
Similarly, crab meat is cold in nature. When eating, it can be served with warm foods, such as ginger tea and white wine.
Remember, crab meat cannot be eaten with persimmon, kiwi fruit, pumpkin, and honey, as it can easily cause poisoning.
