Crab Flavored Pleurotus Eryngii

Wash the eryngii mushrooms and cut into pieces with a hob.

Mince crab meat.

Stir fry until broken.

Add Maggi fresh.

Stir fry evenly.

Turn the lid to low heat and simmer for 5 minutes.

Add crab meat.

Stir fry evenly.

Cover and simmer for 3 minutes, turn off the heat and serve.
Tips:
Don't add MSG.
Use low heat when braising.
