Crab Roe Tofu Soup (microwave Version)
1.
Beat the eggs in a bowl.
2.
Use chopsticks to break up, add appropriate amount of water, a little salt, and stir well.
3.
Cut the tofu into small pieces, hh hh hh, see our knife skills.
4.
Put the tofu cut into small pieces in the beaten egg liquid.
5.
Put the lid on, put it in the microwave, and let it burn for two minutes on high heat.
6.
At this time, the custard has begun to solidify around the area.
7.
Sprinkle a layer of crab roe on the surface, then put it in the microwave and beat for two minutes.
8.
Use chopsticks to prick the middle of the custard, and it will be ok when all is solidified. Pour the right amount of sesame oil on the surface, and a bowl of mouth-watering tofu soup is born.
Tips:
1. I have no statistics on the amount of water added, and the amount of water used to steam pure custard is the same as usual.
2. A little salt is fine, because crab roe is salty.
3. Just deal with the little friends who don’t like tofu, and ensure that there are no flaws at all, haha~
