Crab Tofu

Water tofu is a pound, cut into small pieces, otherwise it will not taste good. If there is internal fat tofu, it is better.

Two pickled duck eggs, choose the butter one.

Take the egg yolk out of the bowl and crush it.

Put the oil in the pot, pour the egg yolk into the fry, add a spoonful of white rice wine to get rid of the smell.

Add appropriate amount of water and stir well.

Pour the tofu into the pot and gently push it, then put on the lid and simmer for 5-6 minutes.

Before serving the pot, try whether it is salty enough, and add a little salt to it.

Then sprinkle with chopped green onion.
