Crab Tofu

Soft tofu diced

Put salt in the water and boil it in light salt water for one minute to remove it to control the water.

Mince ginger, finely chop celery

Put shrimp sauce in the pan and fry minced ginger

Saute the minced ginger and add the crab paste

Stir-fry the sauce

Tips:
The crab roe paste is salty, and a little salt is added when the tofu is cooked, so there is no need to add salt.
