I bought two bottles of Crab Roe Sauce in the supermarket. I ate one bottle and it tasted good. I used it to make a Crab Roe Tofu today. The soft tofu used is the shrimp oil prepared in advance. The tofu is tender and tastes delicious. Fragrant.

Crab Tofu

1. Soft tofu diced

2. Put salt in the water and boil it in light salt water for one minute to remove it to control the water.

3. Mince ginger, finely chop celery

4. Put shrimp sauce in the pan and fry minced ginger

5. Saute the minced ginger and add the crab paste

6. Stir-fry the sauce

7. Pour in the cooked tofu and stir fry gently

8. Finally, pour a little water and starch to thicken

9. Sprinkle with chopped celery to serve

Tips:

The crab roe paste is salty, and a little salt is added when the tofu is cooked, so there is no need to add salt.
