Crab Yellow Corn
1.
Prepare the materials;
2.
Peel the steamed corn cob off the corn kernels (no moisture);
3.
Take 2 salted egg yolks, add water and steam for 10-15 minutes. When cooked, remove the shells and take out the egg yolks. Use a spoon to twist the salted egg yolks into small pieces.
4.
Put the corn kernels in an appropriate amount of cornstarch and coat it evenly, just a thin layer, don't overwrite;
5.
Pour an appropriate amount of oil into the pan and then pour the corn kernels into the pan and fry for one minute;
6.
Fry the surface into golden yellow and then remove it. Drain the surface oil (if you have kitchen paper towels, use paper towels to absorb the oil);
7.
Leave a little oil in the pot, pour the crushed egg yolks and stir fry until frothy;
8.
Then pour in the corn kernels and quickly stir-fry evenly before being out of the pan and serving on a plate;
Tips:
The egg yolk has salt in it, so there is no need to add any condiments, and the original flavor is the most delicious.
