Cranberry Biscuits

I forgot to take the picture at the beginning, soften the butter first, add in powdered sugar and stir evenly

Add the whole egg, sift in low-gluten flour, chop the cranberry finely and add it into a cake

Cut into thin slices of uniform thickness

The upper and lower tubes of the oven are 180 degrees for about 20 minutes
