Cranberry Biscuits
1.
Soften the butter, being careful not to melt into a liquid!
2.
After the butter has softened, add the powdered sugar and stir evenly without whisking. Then add the egg liquid in portions and mix well.
3.
Sift in the low-flour and chopped cranberry (chopped in advance, not too chopped) and then stir evenly with a spatula.
4.
Use your hands to shape the dough into a rectangular cube and freeze it in the refrigerator until hard. Approximately 1 hour.
5.
After freezing, take it out and cut it into slices about 0.7 cm thick with a knife.
6.
Preheat the oven in advance, and fire up and down, 180 degrees! Lay the cut slices neatly on the baking tray, put them into the middle layer of the preheated oven, fire up and down 180 degrees, and bake for about 20 minutes (pay attention to observation at any time to avoid burning)
7.
The delicious cranberry biscuits are out!
