Cranberry Cookies
1.
Prepare all materials for weighing, manual whisk, soft spatula, rectangular biscuit mold
2.
The butter is softened at room temperature, add white sugar, and beat until it is puffy and white.
3.
Add the egg liquid in portions, stirring well each time, and then add the next batch of egg liquid
4.
Add dried cranberries and mix well
5.
Add flour and mix well
6.
Stir to form a dough, be careful not to over-stir, just mix well
7.
Put the dough into a rectangular mold, pay attention to put a layer of plastic wrap underneath it to prevent sticking, put it in the freezer for half an hour, and freeze hard
8.
Take it out after freezing. If it is too hard, place it at room temperature for a while. When using slices, the thickness is about 0.5 mm. Arrange them in a close tray. Pay attention to the space between each biscuit. Don't get too close, or bake. It will stick together when it comes out. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and bake for about 20-25 minutes.
